Shipping and Delivery Policy
Foodsofnations.com is dedicated to bringing you the highest quality standards of freshness and quality products. Our goal is Your Satisfaction. We are frequently replenishing our inventory with products from only the best selected sources. We also offer gift vouchers on line to redeem on line only.
You can shop 24 hours a day with our online system, or visit our only retail shop at 123 Lexington Ave, New York, New York 10016.
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS within United States, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses, AK, HI, PR, and U.S. Territories. We currently ship within the U.S.A and Canada.
How to Place order:
Put the items in the shopping cart, click checkout, fill out billing and shipping address, select the shipping option to get shipping charges, select payment option and place order.
You can also call 212-685-3451 to place your order, but it may not be processed as immediately as on line orders.
In-Store Pickup
All pick up orders at our retail store location at 123 Lexington Ave must be received by 2pm Monday through Thursday for next day pickup (we will call or email to confirm when your order is ready to pick up or with any out of stock products). Our store is open Monday-Saturday from 10am to 8pm and 10am to 7pm on Sunday. Our store is closed on all major holidays.

Payments:
For web orders we accept: Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards registered within the U.S or Canada. You can also pay by check or money order. For check and money orders, we will hold your online order until your payment has reached our office. Make the check or money order in U.S. funds only, payable to Kalustyan’s.

Confirmation of receiving your order
After successfully placing your order, we will send you an email confirming your order.

Processing orders and delivery
Orders placed on line, will take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. USPS will deliver Priority Mail orders within 1-3 business days, UPS Ground in 1-5 days, UPS 3day Select in 3 business days, UPS 2nd day in 2 business days and UPS Next Day on the next business day.
Delivery days are based on distance to destination and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, national holidays or any other causes beyond our control.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Modifying or Cancellations.

Requests for cancellations must be submitted by noon on the next day after you submit your order or before package is picked up by the carrier for full refund. If you are unable to submit your order cancellation in time or the order has been picked up by the carrier, you may refuse or return the package for a full refund for products only. Shipping and service charges cannot be refunded.

Orders that have been placed and are already en route unfortunately cannot be modified for adding / removing items from your order. Shipping address could be changed if not processed or delivered, and can be intercepted (if the carrier agrees) to change the address (by UPS only), for an additional UPS charge and to be paid in advance.

Returns and refunds Policy
Should any product you have ordered, fail to meet your expectations please contact us by calling 212-685-3451 or email us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Missing items must be reported by telephone or email immediately after you have receive your package. We will contact you for further action. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim from the carrier
You may return unopened and unused products to us within 15 days from the invoice date that have not been pre authorized. If you refuse any delivery we will only give credit for the returned items- shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We will only refund the retail value of the returned merchandise, and you will need to pay for the return shipping. If we have shipped the wrong item, we may ask you to return the item, and will pay for the return shipping.
Out of stock items and back orders.
We may run out of an item while processing your purchase, and this may prevent us from shipping the quantity you requested.
If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order and notify you by calling or email for your advice or to confirm if the item is due in within a few days or to substitute or cancel the item. However, we will send you a credit for the difference including partial shipping cost. We do not backorder merchandise.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after the package has been processed by the carrier.
Signature Confirmation
Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, and or no one is present at home, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will then return the shipment to us. We will refund you for the returned items only, not the shipping. To re-ship your order we need to charge you for the re-shipping.
