Caraway seeds are used widely to flavor rye breads, biscuits, cakes, cheeses, sauerkraut and pickles. Also used in flavoring curries, soups, stews, meat dishes, vegetables or salads. Lightly toast before using to enhanced flavor.

Caraway improves overall digestion, stimulate a healthy appetite, reduce bloating and flatulence.
To make tea: Add1-2 tsp of Caraway to 1 cup of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes and then strain. Drink 1 to 3 times per day.
