MINCED GARLIC

Fresh garlic cloves are finely chopped into small pieces, dehydrated and then roasted.
Roasting garlic mellows the pungent odor and sharp taste, provide a smooth and almost
sweet, nutty, rich garlic flavor and crunchy meaty texture.
It has a stronger, "spicier" flavor than garlic powder.
Suggested Uses:
Use as a substitute for fresh garlic in recipes. Works well as a flavor enhancer. Dried roasted
minced garlic is perfect for adding texture and a smooth roasted garlic flavor to boost savory dishes like soups, curried, gravies, stews and sauces.
Use 1/2 tsp. of dried minced garlic substituting for one fresh garlic cloves.
