Dried Ginger root, the underground stem or rhizome of ginger plant, is coarsely crushed
into 'Tea bag cut grade' for easy teabag packing. This convenient form is used to make tea for a warm, spicy-sweet taste and aroma, and to support healthy digestion and helps relieve occasional upset stomach and nausea.
Suggested Uses:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1/2 tsp dry cut ginger, steep for 10 minutes, strain,
sweeten with honey or sugar, may squeeze some juice from fresh lemon & drink.
