Recipe to make a starchy dough batter for ‘Tamales’:Mix in 1tsp salt and 1tsp baking powder with 2 cups of ‘Masa Mix’, add 2 cups of water, mix thoroughly. Beat 2/3cup of margarine until light and fluffy, add to the mixture and make the batter beating until smooth and slightly sticky. Make tamales with the batter and filling of your choice.
