Masa Harina Yellow, a very finely ground corn flour made from field/dent corn treated with slaked lime (Golden Hominy). It has a soft texture and a distinctive taste.
It reconstitutes very easily with many liquids – from water to eggs to oil.
Ideal for making easy to shape dough to make corn tortillas or empanadas, tamales, arepas and many other Latin American dishes
To make Tortilla: simply mixed with water and salt, then mixture is rolled out and steamed or fried.
