It is a common form of Mint flavored tea in Morocco of Middle Eastern Countries. Refreshing green tea that is mildly flavored with spearmint leaves. Sweeter & less pungent aroma than peppermint & makes a pleasing, refreshing & thirst-quenching drink, and also delicious after meals.
To make Tea: In a warm tea pot put 1-2 tsp tea, pour a cup of hot water (190-205ºF), steep for3-5 minutes, strain and may add honey or sweetener of your choice.
