The Sencha Japanese Tea blend is developed by the method of steam processing Sencha green tea leaf from Japan. Sencha is a very popular light smooth green tea with tending light liquoring, and reasonable depth and body, resulting in a very fresh, flavorful cup.
To Make Tea: Put 1.5 tsp tea leaves in a teapot, Pour hot water (80°C) over the tea leaves, steep for 45/60 seconds. Pour a little tea into each cup at a time, & repeat until the last drop. Can be enjoyed all day long. You can enjoy 2nd infusion with slightly higher water temperature and less steeping time.
