a Little disappointed

First, let me say that I am not a chili oil expert and not 100% sure if my expectations were correct. I was expecting an oil that was about 75% chili and 25% oil. Instead, it was reversed. It was 75% oil and 25% chili. for stir fries and other Chinese dishes I actually prefer the Crunchy chili /onion that I get at Trader Joes. I know it's not the same thing but I enjoy it. I just wish there was more chili
than oil inthe Sichuan Chili Oil. Flavor is ok though..
