Teff Flour is a pleasingly light, uniquely flavored, 100%whole grain flour, is milled from Teff, a tiny brown ancient grain, and has a sweet, nutty flavor & a good source of dietary fiber & protein.
Mostly used in Ethiopian households in their baking, especially for making flatt crepe-like slightly spongy Injera bread.
Teff flour can be used as a substitute for part of the flour in baked goods (for about 25% of the white flour).
