This Special cut turmeric pieces are from a dried rhizome, related to ginger, grows in India. It has high curcumin content (2.5%), earthy-bitter taste. It is proven to have anti- Inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial and immune-boosting properties.

Recipe for Golden Milk (Turmeric Root)Tea:
Blend 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, pinch of ground black pepper, 1/4 tsp cut ginger pcs, 1 tsp honey, 2 cups milk of your choice until smooth, heat and drink warm.
