My fav spice blend

I’ve tried a lot of the blends from K’s and this is by far my family’s favorite.

Best Red Snapper in Guanacaste

We serve guests frequently. Everyone raves about my red snapper. This is my secret recipe. Mix this Indian French curry with sesame seeds. Paint mix on both sides of oiled filet. Cook with gas on steel plate flat grill with avocado oil snd white wine. Hoping my favorite Indian spice store in Manhattan will ship me more internationally.

Used once, not sure

Had high hopes. Used the spice mix in a shrimp, tomato, zucchini dish. Not the curry umami taste I expected. Will try again in another dish.

It’s not just curry, it is Vadouvan!

I made my first Soubise-French Onion sauce with regular curry, but immediately placed the order for the Vadouvan. I was ecstatic when I made the second batch with it! I was thankful I bought the amount I did because this spice mix is one that I will be using in almost everything, from wings, soups to you name it! Just love the sound of its name too. Vadouvan!

Like curry but better

Vadouvan is like curry powder with magic fairy dust. Amazing on a roast chicken. Imagine if you could combine Bollywood with classic French cinema, and the result was better than both.
