Vietnamese (Saigon) Cinnamon Chips are the dried chips of Saigon (Vietnam) grown thick
single layer of cassia cinnamon bark, cut into large pieces. It has strong flavor, distinctly
sweet & spicy cinnamon taste, than true Ceylon cinnamon.
Highly prized among the Chefs worldwide. It has high levels of oil content (4 %-5%).
Suggested Uses:
It adds boldest sweet cinnamon flavor in all favorite recipes like chai tea blends, bitters,
pickling spice blends and mulled drinks, baking goods, and savory dishes.
The chips release more flavor than sticks, but are still easy to remove or strain from
an infusion.
