Punjabi Wadi are spicy, deliciously flavored sundried dumpling made from urad lentils.
They are very spicy, have quite meaty texture when cooked and each bite sends a burst of spicy flavor to your taste buds.
Wadi are first pan fried then cooked in a liquid type dish to thicken the gravy, add flavor and texture.
