My wife and I have been a part of a 45-year tradition of a group that gets together every year and recreates Julia Child's cassoulet recipe. Kalustyan's tarbais beans are the essential ingredient! Not only is the product exceptional (and rare) and creamy and delicious, but the price is low and they arrived in only a couple of days. You all are the best.
