Tetovac is a large, flat white pole bean from Serbian city, Tetovo. When cooked, has mild, delicate flavor and soft meaty texture.
Tetovac White Bean is a staple of the Balkan diet. Used in many recipes including Serbian White Bean Soup or baked bean dish.
Basic preparation: Wash, rinse & soak overnight. Add 3 Cups of water / Cup of Bean, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 50-60 minutes or until tender (add more water as needed).
