Taste: Carolina Reaper Pepper has a uniquetinger tail. This pepper starts out as green andthen turn orange before ripening to their deep red hue.

Suggested Uses: It’s just too hot. Use these sweat producing, mouthwatering, tear inducing, super-hot peppers to make your own hot sauce, add to chile or salsa, or ground into flakes or powder and use in spice blend or as dry rib for BBQ or Jerky, or to add extreme heat to all your favorite recipes.
Re-Hydrate: by placing them in a bowl and cover with a 1/2" of boiling water and soak for 15 minutes.
