Tri-Colored Couscous
Tri-Colored Couscous is blend of tiny pearls of plain, spinach and tomato flavored durum
wheat semolina pasta, offering a visually pleasing and wonderfully aromatic side dish.
It is versatile and absorbs flavors well. Pair with richly flavorful curries and stews,
add to soups or toss with colorful marinated vegetables for a delicious salad.
Basic Prep: Bring 1-1/4 cups water to a boil with a pinch of salt (opt) and 1 tbsp butter or
olive oil. Stir in 1 cup of couscous, remove from heat, cover and let sit for 5 min., Fluff & serve.
Ing: Durum semolina, less than 2% tomato & spinach powder, annatto & alfalfa extract.
