The items I received were fine, but every single plastic ingredient packet was wrapped additionally in its own separate plastic bag, which made no sense at all. It didn't add any value re: extra protection, just a lot of plastic waste for no reasonable function. I reached out to both customer service and one of the owners asking if they would rethink this nonsensical autopilot; neither bothered to respond. Deeply disappointed that this store has not evolved with the times into a 2021-appropriate sustainability stance, will not order from them again.
