Golden brown sugar cure adds country sweet brown sugar flavor and aroma, used either as a dry rub or used as a brine solution to cure meat, game, turkey, poultry, salmon or other fish.
Sugar serves to reduce the harshness of the salt in cured meat and enhance the sweetness of the product.
Recommended Use: Dry Rub-1/2 oz/lb. meat; for Brine: Put enough water to cover the meatthen use1/2 oz/lb. combined wt. (meat + water)
