Sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder onto pasta,popcorn, steamed vegetables or stir into soups, casseroles, dips and spreads.
To make spreadable cheese: Add 2parts powder to 1part water and a dash of garlic powder.
Ingredients: Dehydrated Parmesan cheese (part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt & enzymes), whey, buttermilk solids, sodium phosphate, salt.
