Rice syrup solids are a granulated /powdered form of rice sugars, a natural sweetener made from rice, consisting of glucose, maltose, and oligo saccharides. Rice syrup solids have a mild, sweet taste, easy to digest and have a low glycemic index.
Commonly used to improve chewiness of gum, bread and candies. Used for thickening, bulking, binding, and freeze point depression in bakery, confections, frozen desserts and more. Also extend shelf life and improve the texture of the final product. Rice syrup solids are excellent option to replace corn syrup solids.
Also used as a flavor carrier in powdered seasonings and rehydration mixes.
