Maltodextrin is a NON-GMO sweet polysaccharide, produced from vegetable starch by a natural enzymatic process.

It has very low bulk density. Used as a major food additive as a Bulking Agent, Food Flavor Carrier, Thickener or a Filler in processed foods, Binding agent in pharmaceuticals and Sweetener.

It has a neutral flavor which makes it an excellent flavor release with improved smooth texture. It is 6% as sweet as sugar and contain fewer calories than sugar, more easily digested.

Ideal for use in sweetening teas, coffee, and powdered soft drinks. It is also ideal for adding to a protein drink.
