This white vanilla powder has maltodextrin base (modified corn starch) with flavor from 4-fold vanilla extract. Gives concentrated buttery vanilla flavor over a smooth sweetness.
Substitute -1/2tsp powder for 1 vanilla bean or every tsp of extracts.Sprinkle on coffee, desserts, waffles, frostings, yogurt, protein shakes or smoothies, and or add to dry mix.
