Organic Distilled Monoglyceride is an all-natural and Food Grade aerating agents and emulsifying ding agent. These are synthesized and undergone molecular distillation to separate and concentrate from diglycerides and is effective emulsifiers than diglycerides.
Commonly used as a food additive to improve texture and stability, prevent oil from separating, and to extend shelf life. Used in baked goods, processed foods, dairy products, oil and fats, confectionery and frozen desserts.
