Black Bean Orzo
Black Bean Orzo is rice-shaped pasta made from durum wheat flour, naturally colored with black bean flour and cuttlefish ink. The firm texture and subtle flavor makes it a flexible and versatile ingredient that maintains its shape when cooked.

Basic prep: Add 1 cup of orzo in a boiling water with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp cooking oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente and strain. Rinse with cold water use immediately
