Thai Coconut Red Rice is a coconut- and spice-infused rice, adds subtle and complex flavor of making Thai dishes. Use as a base for curry dishes or add raw shrimp, scallops or whitefish while cooking to make a one-pot meal.
Basic Preparation: Bring 2 cups water to boil and add 1 cup Thai Coconut Red Rice. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until water is almost gone (about 10 minutes)
Ingredients: Rice, coconut, salt, coconut milk powder, dried chilies, spices, 1% or less canola oil, scallions, garlic, onion, maltodextrin, paprika, sodium caseinate. Contains tree nuts and milk.
