*To prepare Haritaki Water: Put 1-2 dried fruits in a gallon of water, let sit for 12 hours. You can add honey to sweeten and drink Haritaki water one cup in the morning, another in mid-day; another in the evening and again before bedtime. Eat the fruit when they are soft.
