Wild Indigo Root (Baptisia tinctoria)

Wild Indigo Root is effective in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections as well as treating sore throat, mouth and gum ulcers, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, infections of the ear & nose. *

To make Tea: Put ½ to 1 tsp dried root in a cup of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes, strain and drink three times a day.
