Honey Powder

Honey powder is made in a process called co-crystallization, produced by combining honey and sugar, and then dried together. This finished mixture is broken up through milling to become free flowing dehydrated honey powder.

It retains the same complex sweet and pleasant honey flavor without the stickiness of traditional honey.

Dissolves well in cold water. Use honey powder in savory recipes, rubs and marinades, use it substitute for sugar in baking, or use as sweetener for coffee, tea, lemonade and cocktails. Ing: Sugar, Honey
