Ultra-Sperse M disperses easily in hot or cold water without lumping and exhibits excellent dispersibility, imparts superior sheen, clarity, and smoothness and add a rich, creamy mouthfeel to prepared foods.
It also offers excellent cold temperature storage stability to refrigerated or frozen foods.
Substitute for Ultra-Tex 4 in any recipe.
