logs, have a meaty texture that's reminiscent
of chicken when cooked and will absorb
moisture, releasing a mild, earthy, and
neutral umami flavor. Dried mushroom can
be sliced, ground into smaller pieces or
powder, work well in a soup, stew or any
creamy dishes, sauces.
These mushrooms have antifungal, anti-biotic
& tumor inhibiting properties.

or simply put them in dry and let them absorb
moisture from the dish.
