Morel Mushrooms are most highly prized and
have tall, peaked, honeycombed caps, and are
completely hollow. It have a buttery, faintly
smoky flavor and an aroma all their own, less
intense than other wild mushrooms.
Reconstitute: Rinse throughly and soak in
boiling water for 15-20 min, agitating
occasionally, drain and rinse. Remove from
water, and examine a second time before
adding to the recipe. Morel Mushrooms rich,
