Black Calamari, Orzo

Black Calamari Orzo is rice-shaped pasta made from durum wheat flour, naturally colored a dark charcoal gray with cuttlefish ink. The firm texture and subtle flavor make it a flexible and versatile ingredient that maintains its shape when cooked. 
It can be substituted easily for rice, adding a unique texture to many meals.
Basic prep: Add 1 cup of orzo in a boiling water with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp cooking oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente and strain. Rinse with cold water use immediately
