Mountain Pepper Leaf comes from the native Australian pepper berry bush tree in the Australian island of Tasmania.
Flavor,Taste & Uses: Has a pleasant woody fragrance, mild peppery flavor and tongue-numbing power. It adds a delicious flavor to sauces, mustard, cheese, meat seasonings, breads and sweet dishes too. Goes well with lemon myrtle, wattle seed and bush tomato. Use sparingly and add at the end of cooking.
