Date Sugar is a sweetener made from pitted, dehydrated organic Dates, ground to produce a fine granulated consistency.
Date granules has high antioxidant content, contains more nutritional benefits and features a lightly sweet flavor with hints of caramel. Can be an excellent healthy replacement for traditional sweeteners.
Since date sugar contains fiber will not to fully dissolve like conventional refined sugar, but will lend a rich sweetness to recipes including baked goods, breakfast cereals, hot cocoa or hot chocolate, caramel sauce and smoothies.
