This Fleur de Sel de Camargue is harvested in the ponds of Aigues-Morte at Camargue, South of France. Only the moist, flaky, and textured crystals that float on the surface are skimmed off by hand using a rake.
Rich in minerals and lower in sodium than regular salt.
Used as a "finishing" salt rather than for cooking, sprinkle this on fresh salads, eggs, or other cooked dishes to add flavor and texture.
