Glucose powder

Glucose Powder is dehydrated glucose Syrup. Used in place of its liquid syrup to add sweetness in foods. It has a moderate sweet taste (70% as sweet as sugar), has a lower level of sweetness compared to other sugar alternatives, so won't dominate the flavor profile. It's highly soluble, dispersing easily, and doesn't crystallize.
Besides adding sweetness, glucose powder improve the shelf life of cakes, desserts, confectionery. Improve the taste of the fruit and its stability in jams. Stabilize ice creams and sorbets and ensure a glossy, smooth consistency. Enhance the flavor of energy drinks.
Use 75g of Powder instead of 100g of syrup.
