This 100% natural sea salt produced from the West Sea tidal flats in South Korea, produces large, brilliant white crystals. Higher in minerals than regular salt products, and has a robust flavor.
It is ideally suited for traditional Korean applications including in fermenting and kimchi brining and as well as a finishing salt.
