Sucanat sugar is prepared by boiling natural sugar cane juice & cooled by beating with paddles and to form small granules, coarser in texture than refined sugar.
It contains all natural molasses(13% compared to dark brown sugar 6.5%), most nutritional content, natural vitamins, minerals of any cane sugar.Its distinct, natural molasses flavor provides deep caramel notes along with its sweetness.
