Genkai Wakame dried seaweed (Undaria Pinnatifida) from the Genkai sea in the Southern areas of Japan, used to make an authentic miso soup or add to a salad to give it a Japanese taste.
To prepare: Simply break up a few pieces then soak them in hot water for about 5-10 mins or until it expands and becomes soft. Then add to your miso soup or salad.
