Hijiki is a brown, wild seaweed, harvested from
the cold waters off the north shore of Pacific
Ocean on the coastlines around Korea.
Hijiki is very high in fiber, contains large
amountof essential vitamins and minerals,
such as vitamin K, iron, calcium, iodine and
magnesium, and making it a perfect
addition to any meal.
Soak desired amount in cold water for 30 min.
Add to soups, salads, meat and vegetable
dishes. Product of Korea.
