Sugar Kelp is a brown algae found in the
North East Atlantic Ocean & the Pacific Ocean,
also known as & also sea belt & Devil's apron.
It contains mannitol, a naturally occurring
sugar that will add sweetness. This kelp boosting their nutritional value & taste
with its “umami,” or the “delicious” flavor in many
familiar recipes. Cut into bite-sized pieces &
cook in soups, rice, stir-fries & vegetable dishes.
Toast in oven until crisp, and crumble into a
garnish for cooked foods.
