Wakame powder has an excellent source of
vitamins and minerals, low calorie content,
high nutrient density. Also Rich in omega-3
fatty acids, and known to contain
eicosapentaenoic acid.
It has savory taste and traditionally used to
flavor salads and miso soup.
Dosage; Stir 1/4 of a teaspoon into a
glass of water and consume 3 times
daily, with meals.
