Adjika Spice blend originated in the region of Abkhazia (a small country near Georgia).
It is a kind of condiment popular in Georgian and Eurasian cuisines. Its concentrated flavor
and wonderful taste adds the perfect punch to most Georgian dishes. Used as a ready-made seasoning or as a paste to marinate grilled fish or chicken, roasted potatoes or other veggies, spice up your omelet or scrambled eggs, or pizza. Perfect to season fries, soups or sauces.
To prepare the paste, you need to add a little wine vinegar.
