Salt Free Adobo Seasoning Latin American & Spanish Caribbean Spice Blend
It is an all-purpose seasoning, normally used Latin American, Caribbean, and Filipino cuisines. Excellent seasoning for grilling, roasting, frying, or sautéing. Commonly used as a base, wet marinade, dry rub, or sauce for many dishes, including meats, fish, stews, sauces, beans, rice, and vegetables. As a condiment, marinate boiled eggs in Adobo sauce overnight for Filipino Adobo eggs.
Typical usage:1/2-1tsp per lb of meat.
