roasted leg of lamb, grilled meats, traditional kebabs, meatballs, veggies or to flavor Persian rice pilafs. Perfect as dry rub or marinade on meats and seafood.
Ing: Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper,Cardamom, Nutmeg, Lemon Peel
Powder, Onion & Crushed Rose Petals.
Suggested Usage:
Add about 1tsp for each 1-2 cups of rice or 1-2 tsp per pound of chicken / beef.
