American Tex-Mex-style chili powder is a spice blend made from dried New Mexican chiles and a number of other savory spices. It has bold, pungent and full of rich flavor—though the blend is not necessarily spicy. Often used in Tex-Mex & American-Mexican
cooking or for making Chili Con Carne (chili with meat) or dry spice rub for meats before
grilling or flavoring beans, tacos, burritos and cheese dips. This Chili Powder blend can
actually be used as base for other seasonings.
