This exotic and sweet spice bend is used for all-purpose baking and great to have around during the holidays. It add delicious flavor and delightful spicy twist to delicate pastries, rich cakes, pies, banana bread, cookies, muffins and scones. Baking Spice is also a nice sprinkle for coffee or hot chocolate, sprinkle on hot cereals or add to milk & egg mixture for French toast. Use 2-3 tsp. per 9” pan pies and cakes; add 1/4tsp in 2cups of pancake batter, add 1 tsp. to box mixes for cake or brownies.
