It add delicious flavor and delightful spicy twist to delicate pastries, rich cakes, pies, banana bread, cookies, muffins and scones. Baking Spice is also a nice sprinkle for coffee or hot chocolate, sprinkle on hot cereals or add to milk & egg mixture for French toast. Use 2-3 tsp. per 9” pan pies and cakes; add 1/4tsp in 2cups of pancake batter, add 1 tsp. to box mixes for cake or brownies.
