BBQ Rub
South Western Style dry rub for BBQ / Grill, a great way spice up Texas Stile grilled / BBQ meat, and gives a savory, sweet & spicy flavor.
Suggested Usage:
Use 1 to 1.5tbsp dry rub per pound of meat
Hand rub on Beef, Chicken, Fish, Wild Game, Leg of Lamb, Ribs or Briskets, then cover with plastic, refrigerate for 3-12 hours (may be longer to get intense flavor) before grilling over low heat until done.

Evaporated Cane Sugar, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Hickory Smoked Powder, Paprika, Worcestershire Sauce Powder.
